Cannot get OpenDNS to work with ZTE ZXHN H298A

Hello,

Any help/advise will be appreciated.

Trying to setup OpenDNS to work with my router but no lucky by now. I've configured the DNS servers under router's Local Network -> LAN -> DHCP Server -> Primary & Secondary DNS entries, disabled ISP DNS, rebooted the router, flushed my Mac's cache and rebooted it as well. 

What have I been missing to get it worked?
