parental controls menu

When i open Live Parental Controls there is no menu on the left side of my screen, no "Network Map" etc...

How do i fix this ????

  Is this Genie, or just Live Parental Controls?  Can you post a screen shot of what you're seeing, so that I can see it as well?

  Regardless, if it is Genie, then refer to Netgear support.  Genie is Netgear's, not OpenDNS'.

  Or did you mean something at https://netgear.opendns.com/ ?
