Never Block Site Option Will Not Work

I have added RARBG.TO to the "Never Block" list and it will not allow anyone in. I have cleared cache as well. No change.

Do you use OpenDNS at all? http://welcome.opendns.com/

If yes, copy & paste the complete plain text output of the following diagnostic commands to here:
```
nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com.
nslookup -type=txt rarbg.to.cat.opendns.com.
nslookup rarbg.to.
```
