    This is not the complete output!  I don't see what resolver address you are querying...
    But it is most likely something like 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1, right?

    But all clear now.  You're trying to use Netgear LPC and OpenDNS Home at the same time, in parallel.  These services are incompatible, and you can use either the one or the other.  You didn't mention what of the services you intend to use, so I cannot provide instructions to clean your service mixture up.

    Thank you for the nudge rotblitz. The Netgear Genia app set through my phone had the "moderate" filter settings applied. It was ignoring the settings I applied through the OpenDNS admin panel like you mentioned. I easily got it the way I wanted through the app. Thanks again!
