    Do you have blocked one of the categories Ecommerce/Shopping, Sports, Weapons with your default settings?  This would block cabelas.com.

    Also, do not use OpenDNS Home and Netgear LPC in parallel.  Ensure that there is no network defined at https://dashboard.opendns.com/settings/
    Your LPC dashboard is only at https://netgear.opendns.com/

    Still problems, copy & paste the complete plain text output of the following diagnostic commands to here:

    nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com.
    nslookup cabelas.com.
