nra.org is categorized as "Weapons", "Sports", "Non-Profits", "Politics".  Did you uncheck all these categories?

Also, did you flush your local caches, resolver cache and browser cache, after the settings change?

Compare the list of domains used by NRA
       https://www.webpagetest.org/result/180305_J8_099ca3b7a3d986eddaecae76b5fff051/1/domains/
    with
       https://dashboard.opendns.com/stats/all/blockeddomains
to see if there are still domains being blocked which are used by NRA.
Especially, ensure that you don't have blocked cloudfront.net or any subdomains of it.

Did you check if the correct IP address is registered at https://dashboard.opendns.com/settings/ ?

Still problems, copy & paste the complete plain text output of the following diagnostic commands to here:

    nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com.
    nslookup www.nra.org.

No, you haven’t done all of the above. You didn’t post the command outputs, so help cannot be provided.

And no, OpenDNS doesn't block anything purposely with the exception of a few malware domains.

Well, OpenDNS does not block anything for you, because you don't even use it.
    See http://welcome.opendns.com/

Your currently used DNS service is 2001:558:feed::1 (Comcast DNSv6 service) as clearly can be seen.  And even worse, this lousy Comcast service doesn't respond to your queries ("No response from server").  That's the reason why you think something is blocked.

"it's also blocking SOG and Buck knives"

That doesn't tell me anything.  Any related domain names?

So, to conclude your question:  OpenDNS does not block anything, especially not purposely and especially not for you, because you do not even use it.  Unless you intend to use OpenDNS, you're in the wrong forum with your problem.

I am using OpenDNS, and you are being rude. I was able to get the OpenDNS settings to work through my home router instead. Thanks for nothing.

Welcome!  I couldn't know that you solved your issue in the meantime.  Glad to hear that you're using OpenDNS now and that your problems are gone.  And no, I'm not rude but helpful as much as you allow me to be.
