What exact tests did you perform?  Can you post screen shots here?

(I'm asking, because there are not really "connection tests"...)

Sorry, I was not so clear. I talked about this test : http://welcome.opendns.com/

Even I changed my DNS configuration, I have still the problem, I don't have the protection enabled

Copy & paste the complete plain text output of the following diagnostic commands to here:

    nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com. 208.67.220.220
    nslookup -type=txt which.opendns.com.
    nslookup whoami.akamai.net.

As you can see,  OpenDNS does answer to your DNS queries.  But the result 185.200.183.187 is a bit confusing, because it is not listed as belonging to OpenDNS or a peering carrier.  You may perform the following extended test to possibly see what DNS service your browser actually uses: http://dnsleak.com/

If you still have problems, run these diagnostics: https://support.opendns.com/hc/en-us/articles/227988487
and open a support ticket with the resulting link, "Submit a request" above.
