Not able to connect to open dns account with netgear genie app on windows

Hello, I have installed netgear genie on all computer at home.

It was working since a week and today, i am not able to connect to opendns account for managing parental control of my network withing the genie app! When i am trying to connect it is saying that there is an error, please check if your internet connections is working.

It is working when I go directly on the web, so i can connect and managed my bypass account.

It is working fine for android mobile phone, but not a windows 10 computers.

Anyone could help will be highly appreciated.

  I often have this problem with the app as well. Unfortunately I also can't log in without resetting the router.

  Hi - I tried to set up parental controls via the netgear genie app.  It seem to have worked and has now blocked access to all our social media sites along with some other sites.   I created a new OpenDNS account to do so.   I can not log into the parental controls on the genie app without an error message saying that

  Oops don't know what happened there.

  ... "About checking router firmware that supports live parental controls.
