YouTube uses lots of domains, and it looks like you have blocked some of those which host their images.
Visit https://dashboard.opendns.com/stats/all/blockeddomains to identify these blocked domains to unblock or whitelist them.

Candidates are the following domains and any subdomains of them:

    • googlevideo.com
    • ytimg.com
    • youtube.com
    • youtube-ui.l.google.com
    • ytimg.l.google.com
    • ytstatic.l.google.com

    "reinstalling windows did not help"

Indeed!  You better had cleaned your car or mowed your lawn instead.  This would have been useful activity.

Don't even think about reinstalling Windows in cases where images do not show up on a webpage!  This is matter for a TV comedy show at best.

When I go to that link I can't see any blocked domains, no data yet it says.. I don't know how often it updates.. I'm new to those things, sorry.

I have noticed if I go to youtube in the buttom of browser, it's always showing 'Looking up yt3.ggpht.com' while it loads longer and doesn't show images at last. I believe this yt3.ggpht have something to do with this but I'm not really sure what it is. When youtube worked normally it was not there.

One more thing, if I activate VPN and refresh youtube it shows up everything. When I turn it off problem reappears.

I'm so confused about this, as for this yt3.ggpht some people say it's a server and others say it's a virus. I could not find clear information on this.

    Any ideas?

"When I go to that link I can't see any blocked domains"

Did you try with a wider date range?  Also, if you are new to OpenDNS, it takes at least 24 hours for the stats to appear.  Later on it takes 1-3 hours for the stats to appear.

"I believe this yt3.ggpht have something to do with this"

This could well be.  And no, this is not a virus but most likely a hostname being used to host YouTube images.

Copy & paste the complete plain text output of the following diagnostic command to here, so that I can have a look:

    nslookup yt3.ggpht.com.

"if I activate VPN and refresh youtube it shows up everything."

Yes, you normally do not use OpenDNS when using a VPN.
