My son has installed a VPN to get around the parental controls on my Nighthawk R7000. Is there anything I can do? I’m not very tech savvy!

  You uninstall this VPN client and make his admin account a regular user account, both on his computer.  Regular users cannot install most VPN clients and cannot change the network settings on the computer.

  Also, you may want to block the Proxy/Anonymizer category with OpenDNS, at https://netgear.opendns.com/

  I have blocked the Proxy/Anonymizer, but I'm still able to use my VPN client and connect to the internet.  Any ideas on how to fix this?

  As I said above already, you uninstall the VPN client to free up resources on your device.
