Phishing Site Blocked

Dear,

My name is Marcelo Caetano, and I am an IT Analyst at AS Sistemas Software Ltda, Brazil. This site is blocked by false positive. We are being harmed by the block, we use the domain to send email marketing with the Elastic Email SMTP service, which has recently blocked access to the system due to the reputation of the domain. What criterion was used for the blockade? What has actually been found to be taking this decision?
