unable to change blocking settings

i cannot change what the router blocks and seems as if to decide for its self and doesn't block pornography but blocks downloads of googledrive

If you mean LPC, it is not your router blocking anything, but OpenDNS' service in the cloud.

Ensure that you do not use OpenDNS Home and Netgear LPC in parallel. These services are incompatible. Delete any network at https://dashboard.opendns.com/settings/
Your dashboard is only at https://netgear.opendns.com/
