    Copy & paste the complete plain text output of the following diagnostic commands to here, so that I get more information.

    nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com.
    nslookup whoami.akamai.net.
    nslookup www.exampleadultsite.com.

    You are not using OpenDNS, but your ISP's DNSv6 service:

    Server: homeportal
    Address: 2600:1700:6230:a30::1

    You must configure your IPv6 settings to use from the following list of DNS resolver addresses:
    ::ffff:d043:dede   ::ffff:d043:dcdc   ::ffff:d043:dedc   ::ffff:d043:dcde

    "How do I configure my IPv6 settings?"

    Same as you configure your IPv4 settings.  You visit your router,  IPv6 settings (or so) and see if there are DNS server fields which you all can fill with these addresses.  If this is not possible, you configure the addresses in the DNS server fields of the IPv6 properties of your end user devices.

    I looked all over my ATT router options and could not find a place to enter those addresses.  How do I do the 2nd option that you listed?
