Did you already configure the OpenDNS resolver addresses on the new device?

If yes, copy & paste the complete plain text output of the following diagnostic commands to here:

    nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com. 208.67.220.220
    nslookup -type=txt which.opendns.com.
    nslookup whoami.akamai.net.
    netsh interface ipv4 show config

Post also a screen shot of where you have configured the OpenDNS resolver addresses on your modem.

What is being returned if you visit http://welcome.opendns.com/ ?

How else could OpenDNS work at all?  This is always the first step for using OpenDNS.  So do it now!
