New Router, but parental controls don't work anymore
I've just replaced an N600 with a Nighthawk 7000. One of the reasons for staying with Netgear was the parental controls.
On the new router I now have an option of the Disney Circle or Open DNS. More than happy with the latter.
On my old router I clicked on parental controls within the router and wend straight through to the OpenDNS web page where I could set filter levels. This doesn't happen any more on the genie - I just get two tabs telling me to activate ODNS, or alternatively Disney.. obviously select ODNS, and that's it - it doesnt' automatically take me to the OpenDNS filtering page. The only way to get to the ODNS control is fire up a browser and enter the URL manually, where I can log in to my account.
In the ODNS account it sees two devices; WINDR3700v3 and R7000. I set the filtering level to stop porn etc (as I have two kids) but filtering doesn't work on the R7000 device.
Any thoughts appreciated...
Thanks

Open a support ticket, link "Submit a request" above, to get your account cleaned up from the router not in use anymore.
And yes, you may need to manage your settings at the LPC dashboard https://netgear.opendns.com/
