    The stats & logs do not list domains having been visited (via HTTP over the web), but domains having been looked up in the domain name system (DNS).  That's a huge difference and may partially explain the discrepancy you may see.

    Also, do you use Live Parental Controls (LPC) coming with Netgear routers?
    This LPC service does not come with any stats & logs at all.  If you use LPC and still see some entries in the stats & logs, then you did it wrong.  LPC and OpenDNS Home are incompatible, so you had to use either the one or the other service, never the two at the same time.  To make LPC work, you must delete any network at https://dashboard.opendns.com/settings/ and stop running an Updater.  Your LPC dashboard is only at https://netgear.opendns.com/

    If you do not use LPC:

    If your router has more than two DNSv4 server slots to fill, fill them all from the following address list:
    208.67.222.222   208.67.220.220   208.67.222.220   208.67.220.222

    If you have IPv6 connectivity, you must also fill all DNSv6 server slots from the following address list:
    ::ffff:d043:dede   ::ffff:d043:dcdc   ::ffff:d043:dedc   ::ffff:d043:dcde

    Ensure that no other non-OpenDNS DNS server entries are involved somehow, on the router or on another device.

    If you need further assistance, you had to copy & paste the complete plain text output of the following diagnostic commands to here:

    nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com.
    nslookup whoami.akamai.net.
    netsh interface ipv4 show config (Windows only)
    netsh interface ipv6 show dns (Windows only)

    You ideally execute these commands from a PC where you miss related entries from in the stats & logs.

    Thank you so much for your help! I’ll try disabling LPC and see if that works, I suspect that may well be the issue. Thank you again, much appreciated!
