In order for any dashboard settings taking effect, there must be these prerequisites:

    1. You must use OpenDNS.  Check at http://welcome.opendns.com/
    2. Your IP address must be correctly registered at https://dashboard.opendns.com/settings/
    3. You should flush your local caches once after the settings change.

In your case one of these conditions is apparently not met.

These have not been instructions, just reasons for why it doesn't work.  Instructions are provided in the knowledge base.

I need more information.  Copy & paste the complete plain text output of the following diagnostic commands to here:

    nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com. 208.67.220.220
    nslookup -type=txt which.opendns.com.
    nslookup whoami.akamai.net.
    nslookup fortnite.com.
    nslookup www.epicgames.com.
