    You do not talk to staff here, just to other users.  So your account information is rather irrelevant here.

    Your router is already configured correctly to use OpenDNS.  There's nothing you can do on the router in addition.

    The real problem is with this shared IP address and the OpenDNS dashboard.  Another of these users has already registered the IP address with his network, so you cannot claim it again.  The OpenDNS dashboard should not and cannot be used with shared IP addresses.

    What you can do is to raise a support ticket, link "Submit a request" above, to request that this IP address is exempted from being able to be registered with OpenDNS.  You can at least use the default settings of OpenDNS then but never your dashboard.  You must have a dedicated IP address to be able using the dashboard.
