Slight lapse in web traffic filtering when switch networks?

Are you aware that the OpenDNS service is for use in networks you own, not for your devices in other networks?  If you "switch in WiFi networks", you may attempt to use networks not owned by you, and you seem to hi-jack the related IP address to register them with your OpenDNS dashboard network.  This can at best impact other OpenDNS users in the same network or can at worst not work at all in case the related IP address is already registered by another legitimate OpenDNS user or if the network admin has prevented from using other DNS services.

And even if these other networks are owned by you, there can be a gap of some 3 minutes (or more, depending on the updater you're using) before the re-registering of your IP address and therefore your dashboard settings take effect.
