Porn filter not stopping

I am really confused...My wife is extremely upset because I thought I had this nighthawk set up properly but when we google terms like "women having sex" all kinds of awful images pop up and videos.  Why wont it block this?  We have it set to moderate default.  How do we get this working...please help

  It doesn't look like you have included the domains where this content is hosted on, for example Google Search domains.

  Not really.  Domains being dedicated to porn (or other content) should be already approved in the related category.  If not, submit them here: https://community.opendns.com/domaintagging/submit/

  However, if such content appears hosted on domains which are not dedicated to such stuff, like www.google.com or www.bing.com, then you can indeed block the domains individually.  But this may not be what you want, therefore...

  This is not supported by OpenDNS, but by the providers themselves.
