Bad news for OpenDNS
CompletedThe Cisco Umbrella developer team told me that community.opendns.com will decommissioned by year's end. Even worse, as of 4 July, 2018, Cisco Umbrella did not even announce the decommissioning of community.opendns.com. However, there will be something called "Umbrella Domain Tagging". I really hope that they will allow us to vote on there, too.
In addition, the developer team also said that PhishTank will also be disestablished by around the end of the year. In my opinion. I think that decommissioning PhishTank is 100% unnecessary, as the service is still doing well. I hope that OpenDNS Home gets spared. If OpenDNS Home gets removed, then the OpenDNS service may no longer be free.
I am a MASSIVE fan of OpenDNS and PhishTank. I am also active on OpenDNS Domain Tagging.

Hi,
We are very glad too see we have such a big fan! I have some good news for you :)
PhishTank and Domain Tagging sites aren't going anywhere. there were some conflicting updates about what was to be done with those sites but I can confirm they are not going away.
The only change that's been made is the Moderator community has be decommissioned due to conflicts with our new compliance rules. Users will still be able to submit and vote on domains in domain tagging, just the moderation part of it will be done internally from now on.
Also, there are absolutely no plans for decommissioning the OpenDNS service.
Let me know if you have any questions.
