    Do you know that you attempted to send a message to yourself?  This is where this would go.  Check your account settings.  They may not be configured to receive these e-mails.  Visit https://dashboard.opendns.com/myaccount/email and ensure that the "network e-mail feedback address" is set.

    If it is not this, then regarding the error message "unable to send" on the block page, and also regarding removing the domain from the phish blacklist, you open a support ticket, link "Submit a request" above.  We other users cannot help here.

    Then you add paypalobjects.com to your "never block" list to make it work for the time being, until staff has corrected it.
