Telus T3200M router
We just had Telus Fibre installed, with a new router. I followed this guys instructions, but Open DNS still is not working.

Any ideas?
Thanks!

Does this 2001:568:ff09:10a::56 look like an OpenDNS resolver address? Definitely not! This is the DNSv6 service of Telus which you're using instead of OpenDNS. See also http://welcome.opendns.com/
So read the instructions the OP has linked to to its end where they speak about IPv6. But instead of disabling IPv6 altogether, you better configure the IPv6 settings too, from the following list of OpenDNS resolvers:
::ffff:d043:dede ::ffff:d043:dcdc ::ffff:d043:dedc ::ffff:d043:dcde
