Cause I did try to redirect ALL DNS traffic to OpenDNS but it didn't work and I can't even disable port 53 on my xiaomi router, could anyone help me about that, thanks.. [miwifi.com]

  It doesn't look like this issue is related to OpenDNS but to your router.  So your router's supplier support is the right addressee for your questions.
