    It looks like your current IP address has been kept registered by another OpenDNS user with the same ISP as you.  You inherited this IP address and are using now these other user's settings.

    More details can be seen from the output of this diagnostic command:

    nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com.

    To get it resolved, raise a support ticket, link "Submit a request" above, including also the output of the diagnostic command.  Alternatively, try to obtain another IP address from your ISP by disconnecting from and reconnecting to the internet.

    Also, if you get the option to complain about a blocked domain on the block page, use this to submit an e-mail to this other user, to ask him keeping his IP address registration up to date.
