POST is not getting blocked

Firstly, you cannot block URLs with a DNS service, just domain names.   Secondly, DNS (and therefore OpenDNS) knows nothing about GET or POST or such or any other web activity.  It sees just your DNS lookups.  If you have a domain name blocked which is referenced as a target domain with POST (or GET), then it will be blocked by your dashboard settings.

That said, the reason for not blocking something must be different from what you think.  Check the HTML source of that POST page again to see what the target domain is, and ensure that you blocked it at your dashboard.  If you find that the target is not a domain name, but an IP address, then it is clear that OpenDNS cannot block it.  IP addresses do not cause a DNS lookup.
