Please Help- I deleted my account but it still blocks my sites.

I made an account and accidentally blocked my sites. I didn't purge my data and now it blocks my sites. I have to download a VPN to access my sites but I can't access anything out of browser related to the internet. Please help me fix this problem.

  Your account is rather irrelevant here.  You remove the OpenDNS resolver addresses from where you have configured them, be it on the router or on the end user device.
