There is just one kind of object you can block with a DNS service like OpenDNS: domain names

If your YouTube subscription channels can be uniquely associated with specific domain names, you can exempt them from blocking, else not.

Also, how can OpenDNS be in a position to know what YouTube channels you have subscribed to?  (Fortunately 3rd party services cannot know this...)

I think that is a great point.  Unless you have the time, which most of us don't, you would have to do you're own research and blacklist the URL or domain, but OpenDNS only allows 25 domains or URL's to be blacklisted.  I hope they give the benefit to offer more than 25.

OpenDNS Home VIP has 50 entries for each, the whitelist and the blacklist.

Thanks for the response. I should have clarified that if you are using the free home basic, ive only noticed 25.
