    We other users cannot help with account specific problems.  Especially, we cannot provide a refund...
    You must raise a support ticket, link "Submit a request" above.

    And no, to my knowledge the whitelist-only mode was not removed and should still come with OpenDNS VIP.

    I did raise a support ticket. Actually I opened 2 , but there is no answer yet. 
    This is why I am writing on the forum, where Cisco is monitoring the discussions and may prompt an answer (which it did).

    so you answered thousands of questions since 2013 only  for the sake of the community? If so, kudos... But you understand how implausible it is?

    You must be patient when it comes to tickets.  They have some 80 millions of users and a rather long queue of tickets...

    Regarding the number of my contributions, these are 5 comments per day in average, not really much for a retired guy, right?
