OpenDNS with DNSCrypt?

    Yes, you can use DNSCrypt with OpenDNS.  The service uses to be called "cisco".  Not sure what the default is in Simple DNSCrypt if there's a default at all.

    The default is to use the fastest of all available servers, with the default settings to only use resolvers with various characteristics e.g. DNSSEC/without logging/without filter.

    I eventually worked out that if I unticked various server options e.g. use only servers with DNSSEC/no filtering/without logging then the Cisco ones showed up in the available resolver list, and could be selected, disabling Automatic mode.
