    What is the exact error message in Genie?  Did you search the forum for this error message?

    Yes- its seem a comon answer is reset the modem- however that seemed rarley to work from what I found.

    I am having the same problem, with the same message noted above.  I setup Open DNS months ago for all my devices but now I cannot connect to make any changes.  I have reset the router multiple times and even just upgraded the firmware and it still doesn't work.  I will try raising a support ticket.
