can you block certain youtube videos

    With a DNS service like OpenDNS you can block domain names only, not any other objects like videos.  Fortunately it looks like Google (= YouTube) generate specific domain names per video, like
                    r1---sn-4g5e6nzz.googlevideo.com 
    If you find out the specific domain names of the videos in question, e.g. by looking at the source code of the relevant pages, you can block them by adding them to your "always block" list at the dashboard.

    If you look for a wider content filtering solution, this is being offered by YouTube themselves, not by OpenDNS.

    you might need pfSense and SquidGuard to block URLs

    you can only block "Domain names only"  not any other objects like videos, unfortunately, youtube generates random Url's against videos.
