I renewed my subscription back in April for my VIP account for the third year. When taking a closer look at my Home page on OpenDNS.com, I noticed that my account states that it's a "Basic" plan. I have submitted a support ticket, #598393, 2 days ago to find out why I still have a Basic account. When I didn't get any response within 24 hours, I contacted the Billing Department and sent them a copy of my invoice and asked them if they could help me and/or have support reply to my ticket, but still haven't heard anything back from either of them. I tried calling the phone numbers on my PayPal invoice and from their Facebook page, both have been disconnected. I've always had good support from OpenDNS and am wondering why no one is responding to my requests. I would appreciate some help.
