Create Username on existing OpenDNS account

I have had an Open DNS account previously and am now trying to manage parental controls through the NETGEAR Genie program on Windows 10.  However, the program will not let me sign in under my email/password combo I use for the opendns.com site nor will it let me create a new one as the email is already taken.

Ideas?
