I configure opendns in my router and pcs but don't work
I configure my router to opendns in wan connection and lan. All pcs in my network use opendns ips, but the sites are not blocked.
the site https://welcome.opendns.com/oops/ shows the message:
You aren't using OpenDNS yet. Let's fix that
If you haven't restarted your computer yet, please do that now
But my pc and router are configured to using 208.67.222.222, 208.67.220.220 as DNS.
What is the problem?

"in wan connection and lan"
Nope, WAN is already sufficient. You have clearly overdone it.
"in my router and pcs"
Nope, router alone is already sufficient. You have clearly overdone it.
Does your DNS traffic go out over IPv6? Then you must configure also the IPv6 side with DNS server addresses from the following list (in the router's WAN configuration):
::ffff:d043:dedc ::ffff:d043:dcde ::ffff:d043:dede ::ffff:d043:dcdcIf it is not this, or if you need further help, copy & paste the complete plain text output of the following diagnostic commands to here:
nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com.
nslookup whoami.akamai.net.
