    I see that you did not enable Live Parental Controls.  But instead you have configured the OpenDNS resolver addresses on your router which is not part of the LPC instructions!
    Follow only these instructions: https://kb.netgear.com/25687/ - not any others.

    Hi,

    I followed the instructions and have not doe any manual configuration in the router. I notice the DNS changes in the router on enabling LPC

    Whatever, LPC is not really enabled, else your device ID would show up.  The current status is that you're using OpenDNS, but not any individual dashboard settings.  You may raise a support case with OpenDNS, link "Submit a request" above, or with Netgear.  We other users most likely cannot help here.
