How to block movies and whitelist Netflix?

I have movies category blocked.  I have whitelisted the following.  However, Netflix continues to be blocked.  What am I doing wrong?  How can I block movies category but allow Netflix to be unblocked?

  Why did you unblock these domains? Were they blocked at all? You better check your blocked domains stats to only unblock what you don’t want to be blocked.

  I read that unblocking these domains allows Netflix to be unblocked while the movies category is blocked. Which domain(s) needs to be whitelisted in order for Netflix stream when the movies category is purposefully blocked?

  You need to unblock/whitelist only domains which are actually blocked. Again, you find these domains in your blocked domains stats.

  I did whitelist the domains that were being blocked and Netflix continued to be blocked. The domain that was blocked in the stats was nflxvideo.net. I added it to “never block”. However Netflix still was blocked. The funny thing about it is this: When I unblocked movies category which allowed Netflix to work, nflxvideo.net never appeared in the “everything” stats. But when I block movies category which makes Netflix not work nflxvideo.net is shown as blocked a million times!

  Then there must be more domains from the blocked domains stats to be whitelisted. I do not use Netflix, so cannot know.

  OK I will take a long look and ensure every domain I think is associated with Netflix is whitelisted before I block the movies category.  Let's see if me missing a domain is the problem.

  No, you must take the other way around. First block the Movies category to see in your stats what domains are being blocked, and whitelist only those related to Netflix.

  Ok I finally got it working!!  I have movies category blocked but Netflix whitelisted and it works as expected.  For some reason that I don't know my ISP suddenly assigned me a different address.  When that happened I decided to start everything in Open DNS from scratch.  I took your advice and blocked movies first.  Then I took note of which domains were being blocked and whitelisted them. Like magic it worked this time.
