Umbrella sales with no contact in 2 week trial, now porn is being watched at a K-8 school.

Filled out the contact sales form NUMEROUS times through my 2 week free trial with no contact. Now the Umbrella trial is expired while there's porn being watched and unblocked at a K-8 school.
Am I doing something wrong by trying to go through the request for contact form? Is there a direct number I can call? I'd honestly expect better from Cisco, they're completely ignoring a potential customer and I'm looking for other solutions now.

Please note that this forum is for the home versions (OpenDNS), not for the commercial version (Umbrella), and you're talking almost to other home users here.
You should have done it right, but you could try to raise a support ticket through https://support.umbrella.com/hc/en-us/requests/new (e-mail). (You may need to login before.)
You cannot get phone support unless you purchased this enhanced support level.If you want to enable filtering again more quickly, you may temporarily switch to OpenDNS Home. Delete your network identity from https://dashboard.umbrella.com/ and add a network at https://dashboard.opendns.com/settings/ instead.
Or simply configure the FamilyShield addresses 208.67.222.123 and 208.67.220.123 to filter out adult content independent from your dashboard settings.
