    Support days are on business days only. And the response time is up to 72 hours on business days.

    There's no need for you to be rude toward anyone.

    And, although I appreciate the help from fellow customers, when I ask support and I'm a paying customer, I expect to get my money's worth.

    It's been well-over 72 business hours (5 days), and my support ticket is still marked as OPEN.

    Day 6 - still no reply. Ticket still marked as OPEN.
    I opened this ticket one week ago this morning.

    I finally received a reply to my support question today -- after I opened another ticket to ask why I cannot get support to answer my first ticket.

    No follow up since November 8th. That's 17 days with no support for a paying customer.
