Content blocking not working

My content blocking feature is not working. I have put in some random domains to Always Block as tests (e.g. gallo.com, and netflix.com) but they are not blocked. However, these following test pages show as if all is working correctly: http://welcome.opendns.com, http://www.internetbadguys.com, http://www.exampleadultsite.com.

I have flushed the cache in the web browser (Firefox 71.0) as well as the DNS cache (ipconfig /flushdns) and refreshed the router.

Taking the lead from others' posts concerning similar problems, below are the results from:

nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com

Your command output looks good. I need to see additional command output.
nslookup gallo.com.
nslookup netflix.com.

OpenDNS IP addresses are being returned, as expected. There’s nothing wrong, and these domains should be blocked for you. If still not, you raise a support ticket, link “submit a request” above.
