    Copy & paste the complete plain text output of the following diagnostic commands to here.
    nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com.
    nslookup whoami.akamai.net.
    netsh interface ipv4 show config

    IPv6 on I get this

    Server: UnKnown
    Address: 2620:119:35::35

    and just ipv4 I get this:

    Server: resolver1.opendns.com
    Address: 208.67.222.222

    Name: whoami.akamai.net
    Address: 2a04:e4c0:21::64

    Both on and off with ipv6 the blocking stops and starts so it doesn't make a difference there. These commands are the same whether the blocking is working or not.

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    nslookup -timeout=10 -type=txt debug.opendns.com. 208.67.222.222

    Server: resolver1.opendns.com
    Address: 208.67.222.222

    "server r9.mel1"
    debug.opendns.com text =

    "source 180.150.38.253:8256"

    I have registered my IP address and I know it's 180.150.39.185 even though the source changes every 2 seconds. It's no proxy or ip mismatch.I thought I wasn't even using a static ip but that's what it always is or should be.

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    netsh interface ipv4 show config

    Configuration for interface "Wi-Fi"
    DHCP enabled: Yes
    IP Address: 192.168.0.34
    Subnet Prefix: 192.168.0.0/24 (mask 255.255.255.0)
    Default Gateway: 192.168.0.1
    Gateway Metric: 0
    InterfaceMetric: 35
    Statically Configured DNS Servers: 208.67.222.222<-------
    208.67.220.222
    Register with which suffix: Primary only
    WINS servers configured through DHCP: None

    I know it's about to stop working when instead of listing block categories when visiting a blocked page it just says page blocked by network administrator with no listed categories underneath.

    Run the tool from https://support.opendns.com/hc/en-us/articles/227988487 and raise a support ticket, link “Submit a request” above, with the link to the diagnostics.
