I have had OpenDNS for around 6 years and always have used CISCO Linksys routers and after an upgrade to Fiber yesterday, my opendns stopped. 
I have reset, reboot, relisted the dns numbers added the 3rd one and have done everything possible on my wireless router for it to work and it doesn't.

This is not just for a computer it's for ALL of my devices used on my ISP

  Copy & paste the complete plain text output of the following diagnostic commands to here.
  nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com.
  nslookup whoami.akamai.net.

  I had already fixed it. I deleted the network and added it again and it worked.

  Although this may have helped, this was a suboptimal fix, because you lost your configuration and stats.  Next time you just register your IP address correctly with your existing network at https://dashboard.opendns.com/settings/
