See here the (far too brief) description of OpenDNS Prosumer:

I.e. this is for coverage of Windows and Mac computers only, wherever they are or go, and does not come with network coverage as you seem to expect.  You also have to download and install software on the computer to make use of Prosumer.  You do not need to configure your router, and you cannot run an Updater.

    Your options are now:

    1. Do it right with Prosumer.  Undo what you unnecessarily did, and install that special client (Windows or Mac agent) on the computer.  You get the enhanced stats at the Umbrella dashboard then.
      These instructions may help: https://support.umbrella.com/hc/en-us/articles/230905328
    2. Cancel the Prosumer subscription, and use OpenDNS Home Free or VIP instead which both come with more simple stats than Prosumer.  And you may not need to purchase anything.  The free version may already do it.

    It's your decision.

Btw, I do not use the Prosumer service so cannot help more in-deep.  If you are still facing troubles with Prosumer, you had to raise a ticket, link "Submit a request" above.

Ok, Thank you for your help.  I just figured since it was under the consumer, category it was the best package for statistics. I will be seeing if support can revert me to a VIP account.

    Thanks again

Are you sure that you like VIP with its rather simplified stats? Why not stay with Prosumer with the Umbrella stats?

As you said in your first post it is only for one device.  I want to add the DNS to my router and get stats for the network as a whole.  I am assuming this can be done with the VIP package.  I do like the Umbrella stats, but as you mentioned it can not be applied on a router just a windows or mac single device.  I would like a Prosumer umbrella network package, but do not think that is available.

Yes, if you want network coverage, then Prosumer is the wrong package.  You can use OpenDNS Home (Free) or OpenDNS Home VIP for network coverage with simplified stats.  Both come with the same kind of stats, so you can get this even for free.  If you want Umbrella stats for network coverage, you must subscribe to Umbrella (package "DNS Security Essentials").
