You patiently wait if you got a ticket number. This is a free service, and you can be happy to get support at all.

You can also describe your problem here, so that other users become able helping you.

If you are “to get my IP address resolved”, this cannot be done by OpenDNS, because your IP address is owned by your ISP. Or what did you mean by that?

Yeah, that makes more sense. I saw people saying that they always reply within 72 hours so I was wondering what was up.

About the IP problem though. I am trying to register my IP so I can get in and adjust the settings. However, every time I enter the IP it says that it already exists. According to the other forms, I read the only thing you can do is submit a support ticket and get them to release your IP address. Is there anything else I should try in the meantime?

    Thanks for the help btw.

Your current IP address is already or still registered by another user. So you need another IP address. You can try to disconnect from and reconnect to the Internet, maybe for some minutes, to possibly get another IP address assigned by your ISP. Do not just disconnect from WLAN.

Yeah, I have tried everything that I know how to do. Even going into the admin panel for the router releasing the IP and then turning the router off for a while but still have not had success. I am trying to modify on router side not on my individual device so is that a little different?

It seems you did it right. Then unfortunately, you have to wait until staff picks up your ticket.
