Is it possible to block YouTube, but not YouTube TV?

Like the title says, is this possible in OpenDNS? Ive been able to block all YouTube, but need to unblock for my trial of YouTube TV(while still blocking YT).

  You do not block or you do whitelist the domains being used by YouTube TV.

  As I can see, YouTube TV share many domains with YouTube and Google. Therefore there is possibly no way to differentiate between them.
