I don't know if that is working correctly
I had configured FamilyShield's DNS, but apparently it didn't work.

Your DNS lookups do not go to OpenDNS, but to a different DNS service. They are redirected by your ISP or by your router or by a software on your computer.
In the first case call your ISP to opt out.
In the second case refer to your router support.
For the last case, post the output of this command to possibly see what software is redirecting your DNS queries:
nslookup whoami.akamai.net.
