    I've opened a support ticket regarding an issue with my netgear LPC more than 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately I still have no response from opendns support. How long you normally take to resolve the ticket??

    We users do not resolve tickets, and staff usually do not respond here. I have heard that it can take 3 weeks to get a ticket actioned.
