    It seems you are using LPC and OpenDNS Home in parallel. These services are incompatible. Use only one of them at any time.

    Hi:

    Thanks for your answer, please can you be more specific how to fix this issue since from the router only your DNS IPs are configured, i also have an antivirus installed in the computer that also have a parental control option,  but i check and it is disabled.

    Regards and keep safe!

    As first you must decide what service you want to use, Live Parental Controls or OpenDNS Home. Depending on this, you follow the related instructions.

    Also, these are not my DNS IP addresses. I‘m just a user like you, but no Netgear router here.

    Also, LPC is enabled on your router, as can be seen from the command output.

    Hi There:
    First want to thank you for your time in give us more detail how to solve my issue.
    (Unfortunately my router doesn´t support the new circle parental control)

    Sorry, I had the DNS servers in my router pointing to OpenDNS server. So I removed those as well as I was using LPC from Genie app.
    Now DNS servers are as provided by ISP

    Just one more question; when a site is blocked do you have an image or screenshot what appears in the computer when a block access is done?

    I ran again the CMD commands, please let me know of the service now is running ok.

    nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com.
    Servidor:  UnKnown
    Address:  10.0.0.1
    opendns.com
            primary name server = auth1.opendns.com
            responsible mail addr = noc.opendns.com
            serial  = 1588649383
            refresh = 16384 (4 hours 33 mins 4 secs)
            retry   = 2048 (34 mins 8 secs)
            expire  = 1048576 (12 days 3 hours 16 mins 16 secs)
            default TTL = 2560 (42 mins 40 secs)

    nslookup whoami.akamai.net
    Servidor:  UnKnown
    Address:  10.0.0.1
    Respuesta no autoritativa:
    Nombre:  whoami.akamai.net
    Address:  200.48.79.72

    Thanks again and kindly regards

    Hi there:
    I noticed, when i changed to the ISP DNS the parental control is desactivated

    When i activate again the DNS changed to:
    208.67.222.222
    208.67.220.220

    So i run again the CMD Commands on my wired computer:

    1.-nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com
    Servidor: UnKnown
    Address: 10.0.0.1

    Respuesta no autoritativa:
    debug.opendns.com text =

    "server m25.sao1"
    debug.opendns.com text =

    "device 00003C0AE10DF21B"
    debug.opendns.com text =

    "flags 40422 0 8010 180000000000000000003940000F100000010D3"
    debug.opendns.com text =

    "originid 41809567"
    debug.opendns.com text =

    "actype 1"
    debug.opendns.com text =

    "bundle 41809567"
    debug.opendns.com text =

    "source 190.236.170.103:578"

    2.-nslookup whoami.akamai.net
    Servidor: UnKnown
    Address: 10.0.0.1

    Nombre: whoami.akamai.net
    Address: 2a04:e4c0:40::20

    Is now the service well configured?

    Kindly regards,

    I am not sure.  I do not have a Netgear router.  And you should not need to configure the OpenDNS resolver addresses, just enable LPC.  If you are still having problems, open a support ticket, link "Submit a request" above.
