That link doesn't appear to answer the question.  From everything I'm reading the Nighthawk (or OpenDNS ?? ) doesn't have the feature where you can specify a time schedule per each individual device. I recall on previous routers there was built in ability to list each MAC and place time limits directly on the router.  But doesn't seem like Netgear has it.  It only lets you set time limits on all devices or none??  The whole goal is to automate kids access times to help parents.  It seems like Netgear uses Circle and we have to subscribe to the Premium/Enhanced pay version for this ability.  Sucks. :(

Simple.  Forget about Netgear.  I can do that on my TP-Link, and it doesn't drop packets like crazy, like my $300 Netgear and $80 Netgear access point did.

I couldn't be more disgusted with Netgear if I tried.

Any solution to this? I'd like to block my child's internet at 10 pm, while having some custom filtering during the day.

I have NETGEAR Nighthawk Cable Modem WiFi Router Combo (C7800).

If my link above did not help, cutting internet connection is not an LPC topic. You better ask this in the Netgear community.
