New 6700v3 not showing up in my Device list?

I bought a new Netgear 6700v3.  I enabled it with my standard Netgear login and password.  The router works great so I enabled Security for Netgear Live Parent Controls.  I have 7 other Netgear wireless routers that I have used in the same way with Standard Security.  However, this new one does not show up in my list after 4 days of waiting.  Any ideas how to get them connected like the 7 other Netgear wireless routers?
